    Fremantle Market - Shopping

    Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Perth, the capital of Western Australia. Meet and greet by our representative and proceed to Perth Mosque built around 1904 by the early Muslim immigrants from the Northern India, also the oldest in WA. Continue to travel to Fremantle. Look out for the Round House, one of the oldest buildings in Western Australia which was a prison during the early years and The Monument Hill, one of the highest points in the city of Fremantle and is home to the city's war memorial built after World War One home to dozens of plaques and memorials - not to mention magnificent views across the city, harbor and ocean. Brief visit to the Fishing Boat Harbor before visiting the bustling Fremantle weekend markets (Fridays to Sundays Only) one of the best and most well-known markets in Western Australia. Smell the unique aromas of fresh produce and exotic flavors see the fascinating fusion of music, art and culture, feel over 100 years of remarkable heritage, and sense the atmosphere that is distinctly Fremantle.

    Fruit picking (Apples or oranges can be expected)

    After breakfast, visit a local fruit orchard to experience fruit picking (Apples or oranges can be expected). After lunch, visit the Swan Valley also known as Perth’s Valley of Taste and WA’s oldest wine growing region. We will pop in at the House of Honey, Morish Nuts, Mondo Nougats and Margaret River Chocolate Factory. Next proceed to visit the Caversham Wildlife Park that showcases many of Australia’s unique native animals, including koalas, wallabies, possums, Tasmanian devils and wombats – providing opportunity for a close-up encounter with some Australian icons! Hand-feed the kangaroos have a photo taken with the koalas; enjoy interesting, educational and fun farm activities such as sheep-shearing demonstrations, cow-milking, whip-cracking, bottle-feeding a lamb, horse riding, etc.

    Availability of fruits may vary according to season and fruit picking is subject to weather conditions. Takeaway of fruit from the local fruit farm is at your own expense. Sheep dogs are present in the Wildlife Park during the farm shows.

    Dolphin Spotting Cruise

    After breakfast, travel south to Mandurah – the second largest city in WA. Enjoy at relaxing one hour Canal Estuary and Dolphin Spotting Cruise, seeing the exotic wildlife and canal mansions along the waterways then continue to Busselton which was one of the earliest settlements in Western Australia and home to the longest wooden jetty in the southern hemisphere stretching almost 2 km out to sea. Board the jetty train journey 1.7 km across the calm, clear waters of Geographe Bay to visit the Underwater Observatory. Descend 8 metres to the ocean floor via a spiral staircase to discover an awe inspiring forest of vividly coloured tropical and sub-tropical corals, sponges, fish and invertebrates and marine species that live beneath the jetty. Travel back to Perth.

    After breakfast travel north towards Cervantes and go on a Lobster Shack Factory Tour with firsthand look into the lobster industry by taking a journey through the LIVE lobster processing plant at Indian Ocean Rock, from the sea harvesting, cleaning and packing for sales. Next, proceed to Nambung National Park to explore the mystical Pinnacle Desert to see fascinating landscape of different rock formations. This is a true desert landscape where the weathered rock spires of the Pinnacles rise out of yellow sand dunes. Take a scenic walk and drive trail winds past the ancient limestone pillars of the Pinnacles, some several metres tall scattered across the desert in thousands, creating an eerie, alien-like landscape. Some are as high as three metres, and some finish in a jagged point, while others have rounded domes, resembling tombstones. They are mostly made up of shells; the Pinnacles date back millions of years to an epoch when the sand was beneath the sea. Stop at Lancelin for some sand boarding fun before returning to Perth.

    After breakfast, check out hotel and proceed to visit King’s Park, one of the world’s largest and most beautiful inner city parks. It is rich in Aboriginal and European history and home the spectacular Western Australian Botanic Garden, which displays over 3,000 species of the State’s unique flora. If time permits, some last minute shopping before transfer to airport for your flight home.
